Fill in an application form and bring to the main office along with the following

• Two forms of ID
• Utility bill (Gas, Electricity)
• Passport, driving licence (photographic proof)
• Benefits letter
• Medical letter
• Wage slip
• Bank statement

All forms of Identification must have full name and address on it and must have been delivered to recipient within the last three months.

You can open an account and pay by cash or standing order.
